WEEK 3

Continuing from last week, instead of using the text from the book as the material, I use its context to continue my experiment.

So the context is “Hitler didn’t like blackletter and actually like Futura” it mainly based on typeface so I decided to continue my experiment and focus on that.

By reconfiguring through time and visual language, I collect historical documents such as newspapers, posters and everything related to Nazi propaganda and changed all the blackletter font into Futura.

And then I printed them out and presented in a box which is called “Hitler Archive: The Unpublished Design”.

By doing this the meaning is also being reconfigured through the format which is an archive box to parody the context of the original text.
